Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value. Booking and processing fees are non-refundable.
Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled to a new date, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket face value within 14 days of the official rescheduling announcement. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Protection (Recommended)
At the time of purchase, customers may be offered Refund Protection provided by our third-party partner, XCover.
If Refund Protection is purchased, you may submit a claim directly to XCover for reimbursement if you are unable to attend due to eligible unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or travel disruption), subject to XCover’s terms and conditions.
Media Entertainment UK Ltd is unable to issue refunds for tickets where Refund Protection was not purchased.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. You may give or sell your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend.
Each ticket contains a unique QR code that can only be scanned once at the venue. Once scanned, the ticket becomes invalid for re-entry or further use.
5. Booking and Processing Fees
All booking, transaction, and processing fees are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred at the time of purchase regardless of attendance.
